The flavour of apples is one of the flavours most often used in food and beverages. Whether this is in the production of juices, cereal bars or as a natural sweetener.

In our own factory in Çivril, Turkey, we press apples immediately after harvest to make fresh and fruitful concentrated juices, NFC juices and purees.

We offer concentrated apple juice, puree and NFC juice at various acidity levels and from clear (fully decolorized) to cloudy.
